Conditions
Tickets are strictly personal.At the entrance you can be asked to show your identity card. Tickets can not be exchanged. When you lose your ticket or the code of the ticket, you have to buy a new ticket. The organization of Rock Herk, their partners and volunteer workers are not responsible for any loss, theft or accident. The organization is not responsible for effects of unforeseen weather circumstances or force majeure.
Campsite tickets will only be sold in combination with a ticket for the festival. At the entrance of the festival there will be sold a limited amount of camp site tickets. These are only available on presentation of a valid festival ticket or festival wrist band.
Each campsite ticket is related to a specific campsite and only gives access to that specific campsite. As for now, only tickets for campsite A can be purchased. This campsite is located opposite the site of the festival.
It's not necessary to print your e-ticket in colour. E-tickets in black and white are valid!
Children up to 12 years get free access to the festival site, but should always be accompanied by an adult.
